Carriage Horse Collapsed On The Street, But Driver Showed No Mercy At All

Norman, a 14-year-old carriage horse, collapsed from exhaustion at a busy Midtown intersection in New York. The driver of the carriage was in no hurry to help Norman and even stood there screaming at him. I was 2 a.m. on Sept. 2 when Bogdan Paul Angheluta took pictures of Norman and the angry driver. Angheluta said he saw the driver push the horse to make the green light. Norman collapsed and was breathing hard and slow – he was exhausted. A police SUV blocked the intersection and Angheluta cradled the 1,400-pound horses head in his arms and tried to help him calm down. Image Credit: J.C. Rice The driver said Norman tripped and fell, and a spokeswoman from the carriage industry said Norman is a klutz. Angheluta sent his pictures to the NYPD and the Health Department and the Mayor. A veterinarian investigated the incident and a Health spokesman, Christopher Miller, reported that Norman did indeed trip and fall. Image Credit: J.C. Rice Share away, people.

Man Saw Kitten Fall From Bridge And Rushed To Save Her

It was a year ago, on September 8, 2015. A man was walking by a river in Japan when he saw a kitten falling from a bridge. The kitten landed in the bushes; he ran over to see if the cat was okay. The calico kitty was alive but was cowering under the bushes. Image Credit: Uzu And Nene Channel When he pulled her out, he noticed the small cat’s hind legs were paralyzed. The only thing he thought to do was to help save the kitten’s life. He softly stroked the terrified kitten and whispered for her to come home with him and everything would be okay. As he spoke to her and lovingly pet her, she seemed to understand she was safe, and she relaxed. The man got her medical attention and cared for her around the clock. He named her Nene. Image Credit: Uzu And Nene Channel Nene moved into her new home but was still a little scared. Nene was also weak. After inhaling a bowl of food, she started to feel better. This Tiny Kitten Has An Ego Bigger Than His Size… So He Takes On A Massive Maine Coon

Small dogs often exhibit something known as “small dog syndrome.” It isn’t a medical condition; it is just a set of undesirable behaviors that little dogs seem to acquire for whatever reason. According to The Honest Kitchen, one sign your dog may have this syndrome is if they are in charge at home! They act like little dictators demanding your compliance. Another sign is if your dog barks and jumps on every strange person (or dog) they run across. Cats are not known for having this syndrome, but this little kitten seems to think that the massive Maine Coon cat needs to fall in line! The Bengal kitten may actually just be trying to play. Take a look at this video! But he certainly needs to work on his approach and his manners! The Maine Coon has no trouble putting the youngster in place! Share away, people.

22-Second Phone Video Captures The Major Difference Between Dogs And Cats

The three cats have their prey in sight. They all are flat on their bellies in stalking mode. The clueless bird is hopping gaily in front of them in his search for food. The bird has no idea that he is being watched. But, the bird isn’t in any real danger because the cats are all inside the house behind a glass door. But, they are still focused completely on the little creature right outside the door. You can imagine that they are drooling and really wish they could get out there. Then, from behind the cats, comes a dog. Now we all know cats and dogs handle things differently – a lot differently. Take a look at this video It takes the dog a few moments to realize what the cats are looking at – but when he does, he goes for it! Of course, all he ends up doing is freaking out the cats! Bikers Save A Terrified, Drowning Horse Moments Before Death

A group of cyclists in France were out riding when they saw something struggling off the side of the road. When they approached, they saw a horse that was on the brink of death stuck in a thick bog. Each movement the horse made just sapped all the strength out of him, and still he sank deeper and deeper. Everyone realized that if they didn’t help, the horse would die – either from exhaustion, starvation or from sinking completely into the bog. Luckily, the cyclists quickly sprang to action! The effort wasn’t very pretty, but they accomplished their goal and freed the horse. They found a rope and wrapped it around the body of the horse as best they could. Take a look at this video After pulling and pulling, the horse was on dry land! After such an ordeal, the horse was shaken, but he is much happier thanks to the kind cyclists! Share away, people.

Construction Workers Found This Deer Stuck In A Mud Pit, But Had No Idea How Bad Things Were

Deer can be found all over the world. There are a variety of deer – but they are all generally gentle and reserved. Deer tend to keep to themselves and are very self-sufficient. They know how to forage and how to avoid predators. But, seeing such a graceful creature hurt or in distress can be rather upsetting to people. Some construction workers found a deer trapped in a mud pit and knew they had to help. The deer was extremely scared and exhausted from trying to free itself. One of the biggest challenges the workers faced was getting the deer calm enough so they could help. (Warning this video contains strong language that may not be suitable for everyone). Take a look at this video I’m sure you found yourself on the edge of your seat as you watched this footage. I loved the end when the deer took a look back as if to say thank you! Share away, people.

They Took Their Cat To The Park. Immediately People Started Recording It

When you’re a cat, you can have fun in many ways. You can chase a laser pointer, bounce a ball around, or attack random objects you see around the house. Or, if you’re like this 14-year-old cat, you can go to the park with your family and have a fun ride on the swings! That’s right! This cat’s unique hobby involves going on a walk to the park, being placed in a swing, and getting pushed nice and high! He loves it so much that his mouth is constantly open in a big smile of joy while he’s swinging. He looks around him and takes in the sights and sounds, truly revelling in the added vantage point that the swing brings. That’s one great way to take in the scenery! Take a look at this video This senior cat proves that age is just a number, and you’re never too old for a little fun! Besides, this kitty is definitely very young at heart! WATCH: Fisherman Feeds Huge Flock Of Bald Eagles

What sort of birds do you usually associate with docks and ports? Seagulls, maybe, or pelicans, or another species that tends to hang out around water? Well in Dutch Harbor in Alaska, the most common bird you’ll find is a bald eagle! Yes, that’s right! And it’s all thanks to commercial fisherman Jessie Peek. This amazing guy feeds fish scraps to the immense flock of birds gathered around the dock. He hand feeds them easily and watches as they happily pick up yummy bits of fish as a little snack! If that wasn’t incredible enough, after he’s done, he takes the camera and shows us the huge number of eagles perched on every imaginable surface around the dock. There are so many of them; it’s such a rare sight! Take a look at this video According to Peek, this is “just another day in Alaska” – if that’s the case, then I know where I’m heading to for my next vacation! Does The Public Fear Pit Bulls? My Heart Was Torn To Pieces At 1:56.

It’s not uncommon to read or watch content that describes Pit Bull dogs as vicious, aggressive, or dangerous. But the truth is far from that. In reality, a temperament study found that Pit Bulls scored second highest in terms of tolerance. So where does all the unfair bias come from? In an effort to combat these ideas, this YouTuber conducted a social experiment where he walked through the same neighborhood twice – once with a Pit Bull and the other with an Australian Shepherd. The frightened and sometimes painfully, downright ignorant responses to the Pit Bull only proves the upsetting stereotyping against these loving dogs! Take a look at this video It’s important to remember that there are no bad dogs, only bad people. Each individual pup is different and most have nothing but love to give! Please like and share this to spread awareness!

Animal Shelter Staff Discovers Pit Bull Mama And 10 Newborns Dumped On Their Doorstep

One morning, the Sacramento SPCA staff found a pit bull mom and her 10 newborn puppies on their doorstep. The pups were only a few days old, and the mother dog was still bleeding, which meant she had been left at the shelter shortly after having given birth. They were left at the shelter without food or water or any explanation for why they were being abandoned. Image Credit: Sacramento SPCA The mother was left without a chain – so she could have just walked away from her babies, but she didn’t. She treated her newborns better than the humans she lived with had treated her. Image Credit: Sacramento SPCA The shelter happily took the whole family in and hoped they could find a foster family willing to take in all eleven dogs. Image Credit: Sacramento SPCA Separating puppies from their mother too early could be detrimental to their happiness and health. A foster dad came forward and took them all home! This Underground Station Now Has Photos Of Rescue Cats Instead Of Ads

Imagine going to the train station and instead of seeing advertisements all over the wall, you see cats! That is exactly what happened in the Clapham Common station in South London! For the next two weeks, passengers will have kitties greet them as they walk around the station. James Turner, the founder of Glimpse , said that 68 tube advertisements were replaced with pictures of cats. The cats are featured in different sizes, colors, and shapes. Image Credit: CatsNotAds The people behind the new look at the station are the Citizens Advertising Takeover Service  (CATs). They claim this isn’t any sort of marketing stunt. Image Credit: CatsNotAds The volunteers raised money for the project and wanted to inspire people to think about the world in a different way with the help of the Kickstarter campaign. Image Credit: CatsNotAds The hope is that people realize they have the power to change the world. In a press release, Turner said they imagined the world where a p

Dog Hides Her Puppies In A Ditch For A Heartbreaking Reason

A North Carolina man made a Facebook page in July about giving away his dog and her puppies. The community worked together to make sure they all found homes. The man’s dog, Nana, is 4 years old. Nana has spent the last three years of her life chained up outside. She has given birth three times. None of the puppies from the first two litters survived. After Nana had given birth to her latest litter of nine puppies, the man decided to give her and her puppies up. Image Credit: Mr. Bones & Co. Rescue As soon as people in the neighborhood saw the post they went into action. The staff at Faithful Friends Animal Sanctuary (FFAS) heard about Nana and her puppies and stepped in to help too. FFAS contacted Mr. Bones & Co. Rescue for help. Image Credit: Mr. Bones & Co. Rescue Elli Frank, the founder of Mr. Bones & Co., said Nana and her puppies were living in terrible conditions FFAS will take care of the puppies until they are weaned, then they will be taken to
