He suffered from mange bacterial infection, and malnutrition. Nothing was stopping Jordan now! He got better, and healthier and happier, and so are we as we see the little fella finally enjoying his life! It can be difficult for some mothers to give birth to their babies, whether it’s through physical makeup or stress. And animals are no different. So when this mother gorilla had some trouble at the Bristol Zoo, her keepers stepped in to help her out. The mother gorilla was showing symptoms of preeclampsia, where there is high blood pressure and protein in the urine. This can put both the mother’s and baby’s lives in danger, so medical attention was required immediately. The mother gorilla underwent and emergency caesarean in order to save both their lives. The tiny baby weighed only 2 pounds and 10 ounces, and the video goes to show just how tiny and frail he is. Take a look at this video However, he was born not breathing, so the staff stayed with it for hours, providing contact and warmth, which proved to be beneficial in the end. Share away, people!

Dog fighting is a terrible practice that can leave animals physically and emotionally scarred. No one knows why people would be involved in such a horrible activity, but there’s been some small progress in trying to curtail them. With the lengthy sentences that are also being faced as a result, more and more people are considering stopping them altogether. But the animals are still the ones that suffer in the progress. It’s a horrible sight to see, and it’s likely she may never get to do some of the normal parts of a dog’s life ever again, but that doesn’t mean she should be given up on. Even with a family to help foot the bill, medical problems aren’t anything to scoff at, but this poor little girl has one of the biggest bladder stones this vet has ever seen. Dr. Matt saw the dog first as part of Vet Rescue Ranch’s service help homeless animals. This rescue group is funded, at least in part, by donations from YouTube viewers and other kindhearted folks from the internet. After noticing some problems that the pup was having, the vets decided that she needed an x-ray. They could hardly believe what they saw. A COUPLE have been left devastated and angry after their British bulldog died during a routine vet's appointment to have his overgrown toe nail cut. Michael and Kellie Bloomfield, from Croydon, took their beloved tanned, six-year-old dog, Kitch, to Vets 4 Pets, in Lower Addiscombe Road, on Tuesday for the nail trimming. In the past, he had worn a muzzle as he could be anxious but this time the family say Kitch was given a muzzle too small for his face meaning his mouth could not open. The couple claim the vet's assistant put her full weight onto the six-stone pooch to prevent him from moving as he was straining to get up. Mother-of-three Kellie, 39, said: "They got about four or five muzzles out that didn't fit him but they decided to put this long, tube one on him, the kind you'd put on a greyhound.
