This frightened kitten had never felt love before so she had no idea what to expect any time a human neared her, perhaps because of some past traumas. But the first time she actually felt love, she knew this is all she wanted to be happy! It was a year ago, on September 8, 2015. A man was walking by a river in Japan when he saw a kitten falling from a bridge. The kitten landed in the bushes; he ran over to see if the cat was okay. The only thing he thought to do was to help save the kitten’s life. He softly stroked the terrified kitten and whispered for her to come home with him and everything would be okay. As he spoke to her and lovingly pet her, she seemed to understand she was safe, and she relaxed. The man got her medical attention and cared for her around the clock. He named her Nene. Small dogs often exhibit something known as “small dog syndrome.” It isn’t a medical condition; it is just a set of undesirable behaviors that little dogs seem to acquire for whatever reason. According to The Honest Kitchen, one sign your dog may have this syndrome is if they are in charge at home! They act like little dictators demanding your compliance. Another sign is if your dog barks and jumps on every strange person (or dog) they run across. Cats are not known for having this syndrome, but this little kitten seems to think that the massive Maine Coon cat needs to fall in line! The Bengal kitten may actually just be trying to play. People can do amazing things! We humans also have the capacity to be indescribably cruel. Take a look at these kittens! These poor babies were covered with a toxic yellow paint, put in a box, and left to die on the street in Guangzhou. Guangzhou is the largest city and capital of Guangdong province in South China. The city is described as being full of vigor and a prosperous metropolis on travelchinaguide.com. Yue You Meng, 27, is credited for finding the kittens. She was walking along the street when she heard some cries from inside a box. She was heartbroken to see the tiny kittens clinging to life inside the box. She recalled that the paint had nearly dried, and the kitten’s eyes were plastered shut, and their legs were stuck together; they were having trouble breathing. Chirp, Chirp! Sounds like a bird – right?! That is what Imgur user arthisbeapirate thought too when she and a neighbor heard the odd chirping inside a bush at their apartment complex one night. Curious, they investigated and found, not birds, but kittens! It was dark, and the kittens were pretty deep in the bush, but it looked as if the kittens were just a few days old. They were not certain if momma cat was nearby or not, so they waited, but kept a close eye on the babies. No one likes when their child starts to talk back! But not many people have a pet that talks back to them! The kitty in this video seems to have a lot on his mind and when his owner asks him a question – he lets her have it! I have cats who meow – but they don’t make sounds like this cat! Not only does he explain his side of the story once, but he repeats himself to make sure he was clear! He also seems to have a hairball trying to come out and gives a little cough! But, after he is finished, he gives his mom a quick face lick to say he is finished and that he loves her! Take a look at this video! After buying a boat and bringing it home (traveling across several states), a family found two tiny kittens inside. The kittens were so young that they hadn’t even opened their eyes! Introducing Pistachio and Raisin – 9-days old! Pistachio and Raisin are fantastic names! The kittens were taken to a foster home after the family brought them to the shelter – these kittens were too young for the family to care for themselves. The twin kitties needed people with experience to give them care 24/7. The kittens have learned quickly to drink from the bottle – here it looks like he’s really enjoying the milk! Eyona is a special kitten. We will get to that later. Last March Eyona was discovered by volunteers from TEARS Animal Rescue . They were working in South Africa when they found Eyona amidst a tabby’s litter of six kittens that were hidden away in Cape Town Park. Eyona was entirely unlike his siblings and mother, who all looked more or less alike. Eyona’s hair was dark black and gray and it grew in patches, though he tested negative for skin diseases. It took a while for the rescuers to put a word to it, but eventually they did — Eyona looks like a wolf. Dr. Jonny Gobble , who is a specialist in this new breed, inspect Eyona and confirmed that he has the mutation. Eyona is one of thirty-five cats in the world to by a Lykoi.
