If You Purchased This Product, Please Don’t Feed It To Your Dog!

Bad news for Chicken sticks lovers, yes, it’s Salmonella, again.
Please read the following carefully and till the end, your pup’s health is important.

For possible Salmonella Contamination, Good ‘n’ Fun Beefhide Chicken Sticks has been recalled by LLC.

The treats were sold all across the U.S at Dollar General and Dollar Tree stores. However, you should check your package even if you didn’t purchase them from these stores, just to make sure you haven’t been feeding your dog contaminated food.

How to check the packaging and identify the contaminated food? Here’s how you do it according to the recall alet:
"The recalled product is packaged in a 2.8 ounce bag stamped on the back side with lot # AO15010 and with an expiration date of 03/2018. The UPC code is 0 91093 82247 1."
Now for the good news, you can relax a bit, as there are no reports of illnesses to humans or to pets, so far. However, Salmonella is very dangerous, and matters like these should be taken very, very seriously. Please check the packaging, it’s better late than sorry.

If you have this product in your home, you should report to Salix Animal Health, Call at 1-800-338-4896, you can call any time from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM Eastern Time, call them for refund.


If your pet has consumed, or you suspect that he might have, please contact your veterinarian as soon as you possibly could. Salmonella can cause dogs to become lethargic, vomit and could lead to other dangerous issues, such as arterial infections.

And please tell your friends and neighbors who you know might be consuming these products, please warn them, you could very well be the reason for saving a life.

VOTE YES ON 13 to End Cruel and Inhumane Dog Racing!

Greyhounds have been forced to run their hearts out for so many years in Florida. On average, a greyhound dies on a Florida track every three days. It is home to 11 of the remaining 17 greyhound tracks in the United States. Celebrities and animal welfare groups are coming together to urge the public to vote Yes on Amendment 13.
