Finding a stray puppy wandering the streets is not an easy thing to deal with, as you’re never sure if you can give it the help it needs. But doing something is better than doing nothing, and it could end up saving a life.

The person recording this video discovered a puppy wandering around dazed along a busy road. He didn’t look like he was doing too well, so they decided to stop and see if they could help the poor pup out. Concerned that he would run into the street if they made any moves towards him, they sat there for an hour until he seemed comfortable and approached him carefully.

They discovered that he was covered in fleas and ticks, and the vet prescribed some medicated shampoo for his demodectic mange. Fram is now recovering well, and his foster family is looking for a wonderful new home for him. Share away, people!
