Cheetah Gives Birth To Little Cubs. But Then Zookeepers Notice This About Her Litter…

Cheetahs can be quite reclusive creatures, and it’s been shown that they don’t do very well in captivity. They even get their own therapy dogs to help them adjust to their new environment. So you can imagine the zoo staff’s excitement when they got to help deliver a litter of baby cheetahs.

The six kittens are just as playful as the ordinary house cat, and with siblings to keep them busy, they’re more than tuckered out at the end of the day. This is in an effort to keep the cheetah population up, and the mother had given birth to a litter of four the previous year.

Six kittens is a surprise, as cheetahs don’t usually give birth to this many, but it’s a blessing in disguise that’s helping to keep these beautiful animals around for a very, very long time. Share away, people!

This "festival" is an event that starts on June 21st of every year during the summer solstice and it lasts for 10 long horrifying days in which 10,000–15,000 dogs (as well as cats) are tortured and then consumed. A larger percentage of these dogs consist of pets stolen right from their loving families. The rest of the dogs are captured strays from the streets and some raised in dog farms.
