This Lion Was Born With A Disability, But Someone Forgot To Tell This Puppy. The Result Is Magical.

Wild animals who are born with disabilities rarely ever last very long. But with the efforts of conservation societies, they have the chance of having a real lives, even if they don’t have the freedom of their counterparts. That’s what happened to a 500-pound lion named Bonedigger, but little did he know how awesome his life was going to be with his very own pup at his side.

The large male lion was born with a bone disease that left him partially disabled. Not wanting the large feline to succumb, he was given a best friend to help him through his troubles.

At only four weeks old, he was introduced to Milo when he was still a puppy, and the two have been inseparable ever since.

It’s five years later, and they’re still by each other’s side, helping them through thick and thin. Milo isn’t the only one to provide some sympathy towards the lion’s plight either.

The other pooches have come to provide him with some company, and they spend the days together, lounging in the sun and partaking of some delicious meat.

The dogs even cuddle up with him at night, providing some and some presence to keep him calm.

Even the park ranger, who lost both of his legs to a bungie jumping accident, is accepted by the animals as one of their own.
